Cold weather is not my favorite. I’m a Southern Belle who is accustomed to warmer temperatures and living in Nauvoo with all its snow and cold weather has been an adventure.

However, when the air is crisp and clear as it has been the last few days (a reminder from Old Man Winter that he’s not too far away), it is much easier to design Christmas cards using photos of snow-covered landscapes than it is to think “Christmas” when it’s hot and muggy.

So, what have I been working on? This is our newest offering in Nauvoo Temple Christmas cards.

Have several more in the works awaiting the processing attention of our ever-so-busy-photographer. When Tom saw what I was working on (having pulled raw images from his files to check size, image, and template compatibility), his first comment was…..”I need to process those images.”

I am super excited! When we get those images ready and made into cards, I will be sure to let you know. They are going to be awesome too.
